By accessing and using Hollywood Coliving services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• Minimum stay requirements may apply
• Rates for an existing lease change only as the lease provides; published rates for new bookings may change
• Full payment is required upon booking confirmation
• Cancellation policies apply as stated in your booking agreement

3. House Rules

All residents must adhere to our community guidelines:

• Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
• Keep common areas clean and tidy
• No smoking inside the premises
• Guests must be approved by management
• Respect other residents' privacy and personal space

4. Payment Terms

Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees. Security deposits are refundable upon move-out, subject to inspection and any damages or outstanding charges.

5. Liability

Hollywood Coliving is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Residents are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for personal belongings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any booking or residency agreement for violation of these terms, house rules, or for any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the community.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
